Mentally minimal mornings

When I start my days with reading news, even worse, watching it, I get anxious or really down.

When I don’t start my day on a positive note, like by reading a book or doing yoga, I am easily overwhelmed during the day.

When I don’t sit down with my bullet journal first thing in the morning, my day is haphazard and disjointed.

Starting my day simple and minimal is key to ending my days with gratitude.

These are just a few examples of why minimalism is a state of mind as well as a physical state.

How can you focus more on mental minimalism? What can you do to start off your day on a positive note?
